I found this site, suggested by Carlos Martins in his Blog, to convert online typical/common audio formats to other known formats:
It converts .mp3, .wav, .ogg, .wma, .m4a, .mp4 and .aac to:
- MP3
- OGG
- WAV
- WMA
- High: ~256
- Medium: ~192
- Normal: ~128
- Low: ~96
